Privacy notice
This notice covers the support requests you send Noonloft through the contact form or by email to support@noonloft.com. The documentation pages themselves do not ask for any personal details.
What we collect
Section titled “What we collect”- Your name and email address.
- Your store URL and the theme you ask about.
- The subject and message you write, and the files you attach (screenshots, recordings, documents).
- Any further emails you send us about the same request.
Only to answer your request: to understand the problem, reply to you and, if it is a bug in a theme, fix it. We do not use your details for marketing and do not sell or share them.
Where it is kept
Section titled “Where it is kept”Requests are kept in our help desk. The contact form and support emails are delivered through Cloudflare (which also runs the form’s spam check, Cloudflare Turnstile) and Google (our mail service).
How long
Section titled “How long”We keep a request and its files for 24 months after the request is closed, then delete them.
Deleting your data
Section titled “Deleting your data”To see or delete what we hold about you, email support@noonloft.com from the address you used. We answer within the time stated on the support page.
